This position is responsible for shipping and receiving activities including loading and unloading trucks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining warehouse inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer orders are prepared correctly. The Warehouse Coordinator I serves as the primary shipping and receiving operator while supporting production material movement as needed.******Requirements:**Minimum 2 years warehouse or shipping experienceAdvanced forklift experienceExperience loading and unloading trailersBasic computer skillsShipping documentation experience preferredStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to use hand toolsMust be able to pass a drug test and physical screeningNo theft or larceny in backgroundHas a team player mentality, willingness to learn and accept responsibilityMust be able to work overtime**Responsibilities:**Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently.Unload incoming trucks and inspect shipments.Verify shipment accuracy against shipping documents.Receive incoming materials into inventory.Prepare customer shipments.Stage finished goods for shipment.Secure and package finished materials.Complete bills of lading and shipping paperwork.Maintain shipping records.Communicate with carriers regarding shipments.Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.Support inventory counts.Maintain warehouse organization.Assist production with material movement as necessary.Follow safety and quality requirements.******Physical Requirements:**Must pass company post-offer employment drug screen and physical prior to commencing work.Has range of motion and flexibility – ability to turn head/neck to side (frequently), ability to twist upper body to the side while sitting (frequently)Ability to stand for prolonged periods (> 75% of shift)Ability to work for extended periods (full shift) in temperatures above 90 F, with variable humidity, short periods of time in temperatures exceeding 110 F, when placing loads in trailersOccasional exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold or chemicals.Ability to lift greater than 55 lbs. with lift assistance.Work overtime as required.Work effectively with others.**Typical Work Shift May Require:**Standing: > 30% of timeSitting: > 50% of timeWalking: > 10% of timeOvertime is a requirement of the job******Education and Experience:**High school diploma or equivalence.Previous experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment******Benefits:**Medical, Dental, Vision starting on Day 1401k – company matches up to 4.5%Shoe and goggle reimbursementQuarterly bonusesVacation, Sick and Floating holiday after 90-day probationary periodBi-weekly paycheck**Reasonable Accommodations:**LLFlex provides reasonable accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable law.
