Community-Based Peer Support Specialist

- p Lane County Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Peer Support Specialist to join the Aid & Assist Team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness, involved in determining fitness to participate in their own defense. This position emphasizes both systems-level engagement and direct client care within a collaborative multidisciplinary setting.
- p The PSS will provide outreach and support primarily in the community, including adult correction facilities and at the state hospital, using evidence-based treatments and supports to help engage individuals in community-based restoration and coordination with housing organizations, the Oregon State Hospital, and the criminal justice system.
