The chosen LCSW will work within a remote setting, providing flexibility while still being an integral part of our Hospice Center team based in Everett, Washington. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating closely with both family members and team members.
\n
• Monitor developmental outcomes and provide feedback and recommendations to enhance child and family engagement.
\n
• Offer emotional and educational support to families to empower them in their child’s development journey.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations pertaining to social work practices.
\n
• Develop rapport with children and their families, fostering a trusting and nurturing relationship to enhance outcomes.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices when developing intervention strategies.
\n
• Provide guidance to families through coaching models and natural environment teaching approaches.
\n
• Within remote work protocols, follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure and supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on providing exceptional care and developmental support to infants and toddlers facing delays or disabilities. Through our Children’s Services, we place significant emphasis on working collaboratively with families to foster healthy skill development across a range of areas, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel as needed for training or service events.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies to meet the diverse learning styles of children and their families.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience working specifically with children in early intervention settings.
\n
• Commitment to employing Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
