Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline
• Current or eligibility for Texas SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY), and SLPAs with school setting experience are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
• Experience working with K-12 students in an educational or similar setting
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Support students across diverse grade levels, fostering communication skills crucial for academic and social success
• Provide consultative support for staff and families as needed
