Project Engineer

Strong candidates will have 3+ years of heavy civil construction experience as an assistant project manager, project engineer, estimator, or project manager. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
• Assist the project manager and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
• Support the project manager on RFI's, change orders, and submittals as needed
• Utilize project management software such as HCSS HeavyJob, P6, and SmartBuild for documentation and reporting.
• Estimate project costs and assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

Required qualifications include:

• 3+ years experience in heavy civil construction or marine construction.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as HCSS HeavyJob, P6, and SmartBuild.
