A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. Experience in additional practice areas such as real estate, corporate law, estate planning, or other complementary fields is a plus but not required. Candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered, with compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including client counseling, legal research, discovery, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and support across a variety of legal matters.
• Manage an active caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Client-focused approach with high ethical and professional standards.
