Develop tailored insurance proposals and present them effectively to prospective clients. Guide clients through the policy selection process, ensuring they are comfortable and informed. Process new business applications accurately and efficiently. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional post-sale support and service. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement. Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to provide the best advice. Requirements An active Property & Casualty License is a bonus but not required 3-5 years of previous sales experience (contract sales, banking, mortgage, business-to-business) Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex information clearly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
