Pharmacist - Detroit, Michigan

A well-established mail order pharmacy specializing in Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and natural health products is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a contract position. This role involves working primarily with vitamins and supplements, supporting the dispensing process in a focused, hands-on environment without computer entry tasks.


Location: Detroit, MI
Type: Contract, ongoing with the chance for direct hire
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 3 days per week (30 hours total)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pulling, counting, and filling medication orders
• Collaborating with pharmacy technicians who handle non-sterile compounding tasks
• Ensuring quality and compliance in dispensing

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Michigan with a clean license (no disciplinary actions)
• Previous pharmacy experience required
• Experience or knowledge in non-sterile compounding is a plus
• Comfortable working in a natural, supplement-focused pharmacy environment
