Production Worker

Location: State College, PA

Pay Rate: $16.00/Hour

Schedule: Four 10-Hour Shifts (Monday-Thursday)

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage wood materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Supply production areas with the materials needed to maintain workflow.
• Stack, organize, and transport wood components safely and efficiently.
• Assist with sanding, drilling, assembly preparation, and other production support duties.
• Match wood pieces and inspect materials for defects or damage.
• Apply glue and assist with product assembly as needed.
• Help maintain product quality by performing visual inspections.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support team members in meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, move, and stack materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
