Summary: The Director reports to the Vice President and is the business manager, responsible for all facets of customer service, execution, management, supervision, coordination, and profitability of the customer account(s). The Director is a leader and responsible for the relationship and delight of the customer(s) as well as the growth and well-being of AGI personnel in their charge.

 Primary Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in and leverage AGI University’s training program to maximize success through improving work, team, and life skills. Maintain a culture of training and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with Estimating, Engineering, Production, logistics and subcontractors to overcome obstacles of the team and execute projects on time and increase profitability.

• Ensure internal reports and processes are complete, accurate and timely.

• Mentor, train, and develop the Project Management team.

• Assist Project Managers with all problem areas that arise during projects and provide guidance and training on how to avoid future problems.

• Monitor project progress and update status reports and forecasts to reflect changes.

• Lead customer update meetings. Generate reporting to monitor progress or identify issues. Proactively communicate with the most senior customer contacts to manage expectations.

• Intimacy of all facets of customers’ brand, business needs and implementation standards. Incorporate those standards into execution.

• Initiate cost saving measures in production, shipping, and installation facets.

• Other activities required are to operate AGI’s internal business practices and customer(s) requirements.

• Provide full financial accountability for signage programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Heavy focus on managing projects instead of managing programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Applicants should have a minimum 4-year degree (or equivalent experience) in business, engineering, or a field related to customer service.

• Experience: Preferred 7 years of similar experience in manufacturing or service environment. Demonstrated excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, with Excel proficiency. Experience in EPICOR, Teams or Smartsheet desirable.

Working Conditions: Work is performed in a general office environment. Ability to travel periodically required.
