One of the region's leading commercial general contractors is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing team in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Provide leadership to project teams while driving schedule, quality, and safety objectives
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges
• Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
• Monitor project progress and ensure successful project delivery
• Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven success managing ground-up and renovation commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project financial management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
