We are looking for someone with general office/administrative experience rather than someone whose experience is primarily medical office-related.

Since this location manufactures mattresses, experience with  purchase orders, order entry, inventory, production paperwork, or working in a manufacturing environment would be a big plus. We are open to someone who is willing to learn our processes and grow into the position.

Location: Pinetops, NC
Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties, including filing and order entry

• Answer phones and greet visitors

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Enter and maintain information in computer systems

• Print production tickets and other production paperwork

• Assist with purchase orders and purchasing-related tasks

• Maintain accurate records and paperwork

• Support the production team and office staff as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous office or administrative experience

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Experience with purchase orders, purchasing, order entry, or inventory is a plus

• Manufacturing or production-office experience is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Dependable and willing to learn

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
