At Revive Injury and Rehab, we include painless electrical modalities such as electrical muscle stimulation, heat and cold packs for relaxation and healing of tissues post trauma, spinal decompression and more. We also combine soft tissue therapy which incorporates stretching and massage of connective tissues alleviating restrictions that cause pain.

We are seeking an experienced Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to join our established, Chiropractic and personal injury practice. This role is designed for candidates with prior chiropractic or medical office experience who are comfortable managing patient flow, insurance verification, attorney communications, scheduling, and front-desk operations in a clinical environment.

Candidates with hands-on experience in chiropractic clinics will be given priority consideration keeping in mind that knowledge of Chiro Touch Software/EHR is a plus.

Core ResponsibilitiesChiropractic Front Desk & Patient Flow

• Manage patient check-in and check-out process in a chiropractic office
• Verify demographics, insurance, and visit authorization
• Ensure smooth patient flow between front desk and clinical staff
• Maintain a professional, organized reception area

Scheduling & Communication

• Schedule chiropractic appointments efficiently using EHR systems
• Confirm, reschedule, and manage cancellations
• Answer multi-line phones, emails, and text messages promptly
• Communicate clearly with doctors, therapy staff, and patients

Insurance Verification & Billing Support

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Assist with chiropractic billing questions
• Collect copays, deductibles, and self-pay balances
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT codes, and insurance claims strongly preferred

Patient Records & EHR Management

• Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant patient records
• Prepare patient charts prior to appointments
• Scan, upload, and manage documentation within the EHR
• Experience with ChiroTouch EHR is a strong plus

Customer Service & Compliance

• Provide a compassionate, professional patient experience
• Address patient concerns efficiently and professionally
• Follow all HIPAA, office, and compliance protocols

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or Medical Assistant is favorable
• Strong understanding of Chiropractic/Medical office workflow
• Proven ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Experience (Not Required but Highly Valued)

• Chiropractic or personal injury clinic experience
• Insurance verification and billing support
• ChiroTouch or similar chiropractic EHR systems
• Front desk experience in a medical, rehab, or healthcare setting

Additional Information

• Understanding of how to communicate with attorneys and case managers
• No college degree required
