Pay Rate $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Full-time,

What’s a typical day as Production Assistant? You’ll be:

• Using hand tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair equipment
• Assisting with maintenance and mechanical tasks on snow machines and other shop equipment
• Following instructions, diagrams, and procedures to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Performing general shop duties and keeping work areas clean and organized
• Moving materials and preparing equipment for production
• Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues and identifying potential problems
• Supporting the team with various production and shop-related tasks

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience in a shop, mechanical, automotive, manufacturing, or equipment environment (preferred)
• Are comfortable using hand tools such as wrenches, sockets, and screwdrivers
• Can take equipment apart and properly reassemble components
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
• Possess a High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Are available to work the full-time Monday-Friday schedule
