Registered Nurse In The Emergency DepartmentThis position is for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. This position is working 24 hours per week and required to work every other weekend and holiday requirements. The applicant could be cross-trained to other departments within the facility. The position reports to the Director of Emergency Services.Qualifications:Currently licensed to practice in the State of OhioBSN preferredCurrent BLS Certification requiredPrevious critical care experience preferredACLS and PALS certification preferred3 to 5 years of Emergency Room experienceSkill and Ability:Interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to function under the current standards of nursing practicesPhysically able to perform the functions of the positionACLS certification required within six months of transition/hirePALS certification required within one year of transition/hireHazmat training requiredTNCC certification encouragedCardiac arrhythmia interpretation course required within six monthsMaintains all required qualifications for area assignedAll other duties as assignedEmployees interested in applying for the position listed on this notice may apply on the internal career site.
