May Ship Repair está buscando un operador de mesa de corte por plasma para unirse a nuestro equipo en nuestras instalaciones del astillero. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en el manejo de equipos de corte por plasma CNC y en la lectura de dibujos técnicos en un entorno industrial de ritmo rápido. Responsabilidades clave Opere la mesa de corte por plasma CNC para cortar placas de acero de acuerdo con las órdenes de trabajo y los dibujos Cargue y descargue materiales en la mesa de corte utilizando puentes grúa o carretillas elevadoras Interpretar dibujos técnicos, diseños de anidamiento y programas de corte Realizar comprobaciones diarias de los equipos y mantenimiento preventivo Asegúrese de que las piezas estén etiquetadas, organizadas y listas para soldar o colocar Mantenga registros precisos del uso de materiales y la trazabilidad de las piezas Siga todos los protocolos de seguridad e informe cualquier problema con el equipo o la seguridad Calificaciones 2+ años de experiencia operando mesas de corte CNC por plasma u oxicorte Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y archivos de corte generados por CAD Familiaridad con los tipos, grados y espesores de placas de acero utilizados en el trabajo marino Conocimientos básicos de informática para cargar y ajustar programas en el mando Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de medición (cinta métrica, calibradores, etc.) Capacidad para operar de manera segura montacargas y grúas aéreas (preferido) Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con el trabajo de calidad Requisitos físicos Capacidad para pararse, doblarse y levantar materiales pesados (50+ libras) Se siente cómodo trabajando en un entorno industrial o al aire libre, a menudo cerca de equipos pesados Capaz de llevar el EPI (Equipo de Protección Individual) adecuado.
