Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation Partnership Track Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Lateral/Experienced Associate to join the Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a desire to work in a dynamic environment. Duties Collaborate with partners on all phases of litigation, including investigations, case reporting, discovery, and trial preparation. Independently manage a caseload from inception to resolution. Conduct depositions and handle court appearances regularly. Lead client communications and provide meaningful updates. Requirements Minimum of five years of general litigation experience. Extensive experience in depositions, motion writing, and discovery responses. Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. Ability to develop and maintain client and referral relationships. Must be in good standing with the LA and TX State Bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proven track record of high achievement in a fast-paced setting.
