What You'll Do

As a Dock Clerk, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments in a temperature-controlled facility. You'll prepare shipping documents, schedule carrier appointments, maintain inventory records, communicate with drivers and warehouse teams, and ensure every shipment is handled safely, accurately, and on time.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience required
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to type 50+ WPM
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Dependable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent use of a computer, including typing, reading, and data entry
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone or radio
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds
• Ability to work in a refrigerated and freezer warehouse environment with exposure to cold temperatures
• Ability to work safely around forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Work Schedule & Environment

• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and evenings as business needs require
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to cold, noise, and moving equipment
