Responsibilities

• Lead by example : Supervise and mentor a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and promote a positive work environment.

• Patient care coordination : Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent outcomes.

• Operations management : Oversee unit operations, including medication management, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Staff development : Identify training needs and provide support to develop team members' skills and competencies.
