PHARMACY/PHARMACIST LEADER (HR)

Accountable for all aspects of pharmacy practice, within the limits of state and
federal laws and corporate policies. Manage and maximize the financial
performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring the pharmacy budget,
minimizing or altogether avoiding unauthorized overtime, performing necessary
pharmacy staff training and development, providing excellence in customer
service, managing prescription pricing and generic utilization, controlling
pharmacy inventory, and providing/implementing/participating in corporate
approved clinical services. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect,
honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Based in Washington, Qualify Food Centers (QFC) merged with The Kroger Company
in 1998. Today, we’re proudly serving QFC customers in 59 stores throughout the
Washington and Oregon.
