Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Quincy, MA $35–$38/hour | PRN We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN opportunity in Quincy, MA. This flexible role offers the chance to provide hands-on occupational therapy services while helping residents improve everyday skills, functional abilities, and independence. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Follow individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT Observe resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the therapy team Reinforce adaptive techniques and strategies that promote safety and independence Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation Collaborate with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary team members What We Offer $35–$38/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Supportive rehabilitation environment Varied short-term and long-term rehabilitation caseload Collaborative clinical team Qualifications Active Massachusetts COTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply If you're a COTA looking for a flexible opportunity to help residents strengthen their everyday abilities, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
