We have multiple Warehouse opportunities in Kalamazoo and Surrounding areas! We have opportunities on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts! Positions include Shipping and Receiving, Warehouse Clerk, Order Pickers, and Material Handlers. If you have previous warehouse experience and are looking for new opportunities, we'd love to talk to you!

Shipping and Receiving Material Handlers play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse. They ensure that all shipments are accurately received, processed, and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining inventory integrity and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and condition
• Prepare and package shipments for dispatch
• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate records
• Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of inventory management practices
• Forklift operation certification or experience
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
