Competitive Compensation$80,000 – $100,000 annually depending on experience
Performance-based bonuses for clinical staff (up to $2,000 annually)

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington
Pediatric experience preferred (1+ years)
Master’s or Doctorate in OT required (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
