Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and support contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Prepare and maintain contractual and project documentation.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support state and federal grant management and procurement requirements.
- Work with budget and management teams to ensure purchasing compliance.
- Review vendor invoices and provide approval support.
- Maintain compliance with Department data security and confidentiality policies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working for a State Health Department.
- Experience creating, editing, or managing contracts.
- High school diploma or higher.
- 1+ year experience with the Department of Health.
- 5+ years of experience with procurement processes and regulations.
