Emerging Accounts Manager

To support a growing portfolio of clients with less than $50,000 in annual recurring revenue, the full-time Emerging Accounts Manager will proactively manage approximately 170 accounts, focusing on relationship building, account growth, and delivering tailored service solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of emerging accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients Drive account growth through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and renewal efforts while maintaining ongoing client engagement Monitor account health and client activity to identify retention concerns and growth opportunities Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or client development in a high-volume environment Experience managing renewals and client growth initiatives Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot Familiarity with managed services, IT services, or technology solutions preferred
