Your Responsibilities:

1. Engage in consistent, daily follow-up with inbound team leads and your personal database using Follow Up Boss.
2. Conduct professional buyer consultations, seller listing presentations, and team open houses.
3. Negotiate purchase and sale agreements with the support of team contract specialists.
4. Participate in weekly accountability check-ins, sales strategy meetings, and skill development sessions.

Qualifications:

1. Active Georgia Real Estate License (Required).
2. Proven track record of baseline production (preferably 6 to 12 closed transactions in the past 12 months). Newly licensed agents still welcomed to apply.
3. Strong understanding of residential real estate fundamentals, contracts, and local market dynamics.
4. Highly coachable, accountable, and possess a growth-oriented mindset.

Service Areas: Peachtree City, Newnan, Sharpsburg, Fayetteville, Fairburn, Carrollton, Douglasville, Coweta County, Fayette County, Carroll County, and Troup County.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $180,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
