Salary: $100,000 $110,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities of the Senior Contracts Administrator:

Manage construction billing, contract administration, invoicing, collections, and project setup

Prepare and submit AIA billings (G702/G703) and applications for payment

Process invoices through ERP systems and client billing portals including Textura, GCPay, and Procore

Track retainage, manage lien waivers, and support collections activities

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and billing standardization efforts

Qualifications for the Senior Contracts Administrator:

3+ years of construction billing and contract administration experience

Strong AIA billing experience (G702/G703) required

Construction industry background required

Experience with Vista, Viewpoint, Sage, Procore, or similar ERP systems

Strong Excel skills and ability to collaborate across Operations and Finance teams
