To be successful in this role, you should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, and good communication skills, and demonstrate respect for others. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail is essential.Role ResponsibilitiesReceiving and sorting customer returns.Processing returned laundry or dry cleaning.Preparing clothes for inspection i.e. repairs or spotting.Picking and putting away laundered items for future orders.Packing clothing for customer orders.Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.Work respectfully in a team environment and independently when necessary.Follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Perform all other duties as assigned by operational leadership.Role QualificationsMust be 18 years or olderHigh school degree or GED is preferredExperience in warehousing or manufacturing is a plusComprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standardsAble to operate department-specific technology to execute job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreensMaintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as requiredPhysical RequirementsStand and walk throughout a shiftClimb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periodsReach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 poundsOperate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movementsThe PerksURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
