Job Description Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based assessments and treatments to a variety of patient groups within our Healthcare & Medical Services division.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their needs.
Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual goals.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and recovery strategies.
Document patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

Valid physical therapy license.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Experience in diverse clinical settings is preferred.
