Senior Operations Analyst – Private Credit Operations | Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days) | $95K - $105K + Bonus We're partnering with a highly regarded global asset manager to identify a Senior Operations Analyst to join a growing private credit platform. This is an outstanding opportunity for an operations professional with experience supporting private credit investments who is looking to join a collaborative, high-performing team with exposure across the full investment lifecycle. You'll work closely with investment professionals, legal, compliance, valuations, technology, and fund administration while helping enhance and scale the firm's private credit operating model. Key Responsibilities: Support private credit transactions from deal execution through settlement and loan payoff Review credit agreements, amendments, and payoff documentation for operational accuracy Coordinate with custodians, agents, fund administrators, and external service providers Resolve settlement, payment, and operational issues across the investment lifecycle Support new security setup, trade execution, compliance, and transaction management Help develop and improve private credit workflows, processes, and operational controls Participate in cross-functional initiatives supporting a rapidly growing private markets platform Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics, Math, or Computer Science preferred) 5+ years of private credit operations experience Strong understanding of the private credit lifecycle and private loan documentation Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and quantitative abilities Experience enhancing operational processes and controls Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented, proactive mindset Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
