Work Schedule Monday 8:00am‑5:00pm Tuesday 8:00am‑5:00pm Wednesday OFF Thursday 8:00am‑5:00pm Friday 8:00am‑3:00pm Saturday 9:00am‑1:00pm Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly Process billing information and collect payments as necessary Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed Travel to additional sites when required Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Phlebotomy certification or a completed training program, or at least 3 months of experience as a phlebotomist Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification must come from an accredited agency if work experience is lacking Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working with minimal supervision Reliable transportation Flexibility to work overtime as needed Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $17.75 – $24.00 per hour Phlebotomist may be eligible to participate in the PST Incentive Plan, which provides a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule receive all benefits except PTO or FTO.
