$18$20/hr + Overtime + Travel Pay

This is a travel-based, physically demanding role. Crews travel weekly (MondayFriday), often driving 46 hours and staying out of town for multiple nights.

What Youll Do

• Pack, move, and transport homeowners belongings after fire, water, or mold damage
• Load/unload trucks and handle items safely (team lifting 40+ lbs)
• Work on-site at residential and commercial properties
• Travel regularly across Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri
• Work long days (1012 hours during active jobs)

Pay & Perks

• $20$22/hr base pay
• Overtime available most weeks
• +$2.50/hr for overnight travel jobs
• Hotel/Airbnb fully covered
• Daily meal budget + per diem
• Company vehicle and gas covered

Schedule & Travel

• Travel required MondayFriday (out of town most weeks)
• Home on weekends in most cases
• On-call rotation: approximately 1 weekend per month for emergency jobs
• Occasional after-hours work during weekdays based on project needs

• Able to handle physical work daily
• Valid drivers license and clean record
• Able to communicate clearly with team and customers

No restoration experience required we train the right people.
