Office Admin IES Commercial, Inc . - dba IES Electrical, is seeking a full-time Office Admin to join us in our Holdrege, NE office. Job Summary Perform tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Use Excel to balance numbers and entries Assists with processing of information into timekeeping software systems Assists with day-to-day record-keeping operations Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborates with other departments including Accounting, Payroll and HR Role is anticipated to expand as business needs develop. Qualifications 2 years related experience Proficient computer and MS Office (WORD, EXCEL) skills Strong attention-to-detail, accuracy review, and written/verbal communication skills Proficient organizational and time management skills Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
