Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in evaluating patients' conditions, taking the time to understand each individual's needs and background.
• Collaborate on the development and modification of tailored treatment plans, ensuring alignment with patient goals and comfort.
• Demonstrate therapeutic exercises and supervise patients as they perform activities, providing insights and gentle corrections to promote correct practice.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation and cold/heat therapy, while prioritizing patient safety and comfort during treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about exercise techniques and self-management strategies, empowering them towards independence in their rehabilitation journeys.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary while maintaining meticulous records of outcomes.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to create a seamless care experience, ensuring all team members are informed about patient status and needs.
