Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions. Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and lifespan. Install, service, repair, and replace HVAC systems in residential and light commercial environments. Evaluate system performance and recommend energy-efficiency improvements. Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of HVAC service, repair, and replacement experience required. Valid and clean New York State driver's license required. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, troubleshooting, and safety procedures. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
