Job TitleJob DescriptionLeads tasks designed to develop, evaluate, and implement Medicare, Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Marketplace Exchange, and private health insurance programs.Develops, implements, and maintains operational requirements, including standard operating procedures for oversight of entities that provide health care and prescription drug services.Develops and reviews health care policies and legislation in order to draft related policy documents, regulations, procedures and guidance to states.Conducts analytical studies and evaluates the effectiveness of program initiatives by gathering, organizing, and interpreting data.Attends meetings and conferences with CMS staff and serve as a source of background data on the basis of research performed in preparation for the meetings and conferences.
