Performance Marketing Manager
Immediate need for a talented Performance Marketing Manager. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).
Job ID:26-19109 Pay Range: $75 - $81/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Manage digital acquisition campaigns ensuring launch dates and KPIs are achieved.
- Media Strategy: Partner with our media center of excellence to develop and execute the media strategy for paid media acquisitions. Develop audience targeting strategies and messaging / creative insights for Paid Media campaigns based on deep understanding of the user insights and performance.
- Performance reporting: Communicating regularly with global and regional stakeholders on program performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner effectively with stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns created for customer support channels are high-quality, reflect our voice, and represent the brand.
- Data-Driven Insights: Identify customer and campaign insights to inform growth strategies; Design test plans, track performance and continuously optimize tactics
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Hands-on experience in paid media performance marketing with Ads and Social Platforms.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
- Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions, evaluate outcomes, and identify gaps in systems and workflows.
