About Us:
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Technical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how technical products are built, deep expertise in agile methodologies, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while keeping teams focused and productive. They must also excel at communicating progress, managing stakeholder expectations, and resolving client conflicts effectively.

Qualifications:

Technical Understanding:

• Strong grasp of how technical products are built, with the ability to engage with engineers and understand technical challenges.
• Possess a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience guiding projects through each phase, from planning and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Agile Expertise : Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and familiarity with agile tooling like JIRA.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments with minimal definition.

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle client relationships to manage expectations, provides updates as required, identifies potential conflicts between project and functional areas
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Process-Oriented: Experience creating, refining, and optimizing processes to improve team efficiency.
• Metrics-Driven: Comfortable defining and tracking KPIs to measure and improve team performance.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with ambiguous requirements.
• Leadership: A collaborative and empowering leadership style, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success.

Must have:

• This is a Technical PM Role so the client is looking for a hands-on Technical PM with excellent communication skills.
