What You'll DoAs a Community Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily community activities and transportation schedules for clients.
- Serving as the main point of contact for families, guardians, and local community partners.
- Conducting regular field visits to evaluate the quality of care and staff performance.
- Ensuring individual service plans align with client goals and overseeing their implementation.
We’re seeking someone who is organized, empathetic, and driven to make a difference. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience working with IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) or behavioral health populations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage schedules and collaborate with families and community partners.
This role covers multiple locations, including Charlotte, Concord, Salisbury, Kannapolis, Greensboro, Asheville, Rutherfordton, Hickory, Forest City, Gastonia, Shelby, Kings Mountain, Monroe, and High Point. You’ll have the chance to interact with a variety of communities and make a meaningful impact across these areas.
