Assistant General Counsel - Remote/Hybrid with Growth (Seattle)

Novogradac seeks an Assistant General Counsel to support the General Counsel across a range of legal needs. The role is open to candidates in Long Beach, Walnut Creek, San Francisco, Bellevue, WA or Portland, OR with potential remote or hybrid arrangements depending on business needs.

The candidate will handle advising on client matters, compliance, licensing, IP and employment issues, and manage a contracts/legal team to meet KPIs. A JD with 5–8 years of experience and bar admission is required.
