Commercial Concrete Finisher / Laborer
We are currently hiring experienced and entry-level Commercial Concrete Finishers and Laborers to join our growing team. Candidates should be dependable, hardworking, and ready to work in a fast-paced construction environment with opportunities for long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Set and install all types of concrete forms including curb, edge, and wall forms
- Perform foundation work, flatwork, and structural concrete projects
- Finish concrete using hand tools and power trowels
- Assist with concrete pours, site preparation, and cleanup
- Read and follow construction plans and supervisor directions
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial concrete work preferred, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of forming, finishing, and concrete placement techniques
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
