In this role, you will help market financial and insurance products designed to protect customers from everyday risks and support their long-term goals. Your knowledge of financial products, consultative approach, and analytical attention to detail will make you a valuable resource to customers and a strong addition to an established Tucson agency. This is not a passive customer service position. It is a consultative, production-focused opportunity for someone who is comfortable discussing financial priorities, educating customers on their options, and asking for the business. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and needs-based consultations. Educate customers on insurance, investment, retirement, and risk-management options. Help customers identify their short- and long-term financial priorities. Discuss portfolio-management and asset-allocation considerations within the scope of applicable licensing. Recommend appropriate products based on each customer’s needs, goals, and risk profile. Identify opportunities within the agency’s existing customer base. Initiate proactive conversations with current and prospective customers. Explain complex financial concepts in clear, customer-friendly language. Build lasting relationships that support retention, referrals, and agency growth. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable financial regulations. Collaborate with Andy and the agency team to generate new financial-services opportunities. Consistently work toward individual and agency production goals. What We’re Looking For If you have verifiable 1+ year financial services sales track record and a non-compete Currently living in or within a reasonable commuting distance of Tucson, Arizona. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience conducting financial reviews or need-based consultations. Demonstrated success in consultative sales, account management, or business development. Confidence initiating conversations and recommending appropriate solutions. Ability to explain financial products in a clear and relatable way. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially. Ability to work collaboratively while remaining accountable for individual results. Preferred Licenses and Certifications Candidates who already hold one or more of the following will receive strong consideration: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) FINRA Series 6 FINRA Series 63 Series 65 Candidates who do not currently hold all applicable licenses must be willing and able to complete the licensing requirements established for the position. Responsibilities involving securities or investment products may only be performed after obtaining the required licenses and registrations.
