Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a leading acute care hospital in Ocala, FL. In this role, you will provide respiratory care services to patients of all ages, perform routine and advanced respiratory therapy procedures, and work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Position Highlights

• Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory status
• Manage and operate ventilators and respiratory equipment
• Provide emergency respiratory support when needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Respiratory Therapist experience (within the last year preferred)
• Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential
• Active State Respiratory Therapy License
• Associate Degree or Respiratory Therapy Program Graduate
• BLS required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 90 days of hire
