This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working directly on the airport tarmac, ensuring aircraft are stocked and ready for departure. Pay & Schedule $20.00 per hour (paid weekly) Retention bonus - Those hired AFTER August 21, 2026 but before November 3, 2026 will receive the bonus as follows: *$300 after completion of 60 days employment *$500 after completion of 120 days employment Full-time hours with overtime available Must have open availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays) 24/7 operation 2 consecutive days off each week Shifts based on flight schedules (flexibility required) What You’ll Do Drive vans and catering trucks to and from aircraft on the tarmac Load and deliver food, beverages, cargo, and airline equipment to assigned flights Support both catering and cargo operations, including transporting heavy items to aircraft Safely operate vehicles and equipment in a high-traffic airport environment Verify items and ensure accurate, on-time delivery Communicate with airline crew and team members professionally Follow all airport, airline, and company safety procedures Work with team members to meet tight flight deadlines Perform basic vehicle and equipment checks Physical & Work Environment Regular lifting of up to 75 lbs , including moving heavy items up ramps and onto aircraft Active, physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting, pushing, and movement Work outdoors in all weather conditions Fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Requirements Valid driver’s license (must be able to operate vans and trucks) Ability to pass: Basic driving skills test Basic written test Comfortable working in a physically demanding role Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment No scheduling restrictions (must have open availability) Growth Opportunity Start in a hands-on operational role with opportunities to develop into advanced driving and lead positions over time Benefits & Perks Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Paid Sick Days, Holidays, and Vacation Free daily lunch provided Free parking Overtime opportunities Apply today to start a stable, full-time airport operations role in Anchorage with consistent hours, strong benefits, and long-term growth potential.
