JOB SUMMARY: The Leave & Disability HR Coordinator for FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD and return-to work program administration. Minimum Qualifications Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of commensurate professional work experience in lieu of a degree Work Experience : Five (5) years of related experience working with leave and disability plans; PHR or SHRM-CP Certification Preferred Equipment Operated PC, MS Office, PeopleSoft Special Requirements Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact); Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking); Bilingual Skills Not Required but bilingual in Spanish is preferred Writing / Composing Correspondence / Reports Other Skills Analytical; P.C.; MS Word; MS Excel Work Schedule Flexible Other Requirements Knowledge of FMLA #J-18808-Ljbffr
