Commercial Facilities Inc. is looking for a Director of Property Management to take the reins on a diverse portfolio of commercial properties for our third‑party owner clients. This isn't a maintenance role — it's a strategic leadership position where your financial acumen, negotiation skills, and people‑first leadership directly translate into asset value and client success. What you own: Team Building – Recruit, mentor, and grow a high‑performing property management team that thrives on accountability and service excellence. Strategy & Growth – Partner with our Director of Asset Management to craft strategic plans that maximize investment returns and unlock hidden value across the portfolio. Financial Leadership – Dive into budgets, cash flow, and financial statements, ensuring every asset tells an accurate, compelling financial story. Leasing & Tenant Relations – Drive occupancy and rental income through smart leasing strategies and sharp lease negotiations. Capital Projects – Oversee maintenance and capital improvements that keep properties competitive and clients happy. Risk & Compliance – Keep every asset audit‑ready and compliant with local, state, and federal standards. What you bring: 10+ years in commercial real estate management Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Finance, or Business preferred; Master's a plus) Sharp Excel skills + experience with Appfolio, Yardi, or MRI CCIM and/or CPM designation preferred A negotiator's instinct and a strategist's mindset Why this role?
