As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Reporting in Millington, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. This role combines customer service, communication, and professionalism while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and incidents.
• Observe shipping and receiving activity and report security-related concerns, damaged access controls, or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least six months of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
