Associate Director, Email & GTM Campaigns at BairesDev We operate at the frontier of technology and tactics for email and outbound marketing. In this role, you’ll deploy innovative experiments and collaborate with cross-discipline teammates. It’s a unique opportunity to grow in a highly impactful team that drives over 8‑figure revenue each year. Responsibilities Optimize automated email and outbound marketing campaigns for lead generation. Proactively research data and trends to devise new strategies and technologies. Build and optimize prompt‑based mass messages. Lead human and AI‑based quality assurance systems to minimise campaign errors. Document new projects and existing processes properly. Qualifications Experience in B2B Marketing. Experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering and LLM‑based systems. Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
