Job Description

• Direct and coordinate internal pilotlevel manufacturing activities that support product development, verification, and early production runs.
• Establish dependable build schedules and drive operational preparedness to ensure each manufacturing iteration is executed smoothly and on time.
• Work closely with process engineering teams to mature manufacturing methods so they become consistent, repeatable, and ready for future scaling.
• Ensure that all work instructions, build criteria, and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and ready before production begins.
• Support new product introduction initiatives by guiding the transition from engineering prototypes into structured manufacturing workflows.
• Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and engineering functions to maintain alignment on product performance, compliance, and operational goals.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of manufacturing supervisors, engineers, and production operators.
• Provide leadership with clear and accurate insight into manufacturing outcomes, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

• 8-12+ years of operational or manufacturing experience, ideally within a regulated medicaldevice or similar environment.
• Proven success managing manufacturing teams in compliancedriven settings.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing practices, documentation systems, and quality frameworks.
• Demonstrated capability to guide crossfunctional groups spanning engineering, quality, and operations.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence.
