The Boys & Girls Club of the Ozarks is seeking a Youth Development Professional to plan and supervise activities for youth in various program areas. Responsibilities include implementing quality programs, ensuring member safety, and maintaining Club facilities. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of youth development, the ability to motivate and manage behavior, and a valid State Driver’s License for operating Club vehicles.
